Did you know that we manufacture almost all of our products in our own production facilities in Germany? In contrast to almost all food supplement suppliers, we do not buy our food supplements from a contract manufacturer, but actually produce them ourselves. 

This has the advantage that we have everything in our own hands, from the development of the product formulas, the selection of the highest quality raw materials and high-quality production through to the finalisation of the product. Thanks to our own production facilities, we have a team of experts with a huge amount of expertise in a wide range of areas. This team ensures the highest quality raw materials, optimum product compatibility and the highest production standards during production.

Our production has been awarded the prestigious HACCP, BIO, ISO9001 and IFS certifications. Every batch of our food supplements undergoes thorough testing for heavy metals, pesticides, microbiology and active ingredient content. Our internal quality management ensures daily compliance with all standards and organises regular analyses by external, accredited laboratories. 

We go above and beyond the minimum: many of our competitors only have the minimum HACCP certification, which is limited to hygiene management. At SinoPlaSan, we are happy to invest in extensive documentation and analyses so that you can consume our products without hesitation and with a clear conscience.

Our products deliberately do not contain any controversial additives such as microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearates, magnesium salts, titanium dioxide, carrageenan or controversial colourings. Other manufacturers use these to speed up production and reduce costs, but often at the expense of consumer health. 

We deliberately choose the longer but healthier route. When fillers are necessary, we use natural alternatives such as organic rice flour, which is allergen-free and well tolerated. Our product labelling and website provide complete and transparent information about all ingredients - especially important for allergy sufferers. At SinoPlaSan, we are committed to sustainable practices in order to make a positive contribution to the environment. The installation of a large-scale photovoltaic system is a significant step towards meeting the majority of our energy needs from renewable sources. This not only significantly reduces our carbon footprint, but also demonstrates our commitment to clean energy.

In order to make our buildings more energy efficient, we have undergone a complete refurbishment. This measure aims to make optimum use of resources and minimise energy consumption. We have also changed our heating systems by switching from oil to renewable electricity heating. This step not only enables a more efficient heat supply, but also helps to reduce the use of fossil fuels.

With regard to our products, we attach particular importance to sourcing raw materials from Germany or Europe wherever possible. This practice not only reduces transport distances, but also supports local economic cycles. As a further contribution to sustainability, we actively participate in all standard recycling measures. Our products are recycled via the Dual System Germany/ARA Austria (yellow bag), and cardboard and film are processed in baling presses to ensure 100% recycling.
