Bitter substances hardly find a place in our everyday diet. Foods like arugula, Chicory and chard are considered "bitter" foods, even though they hardly taste truly bitter anymore due to today's cultivation methods.

Our sense of taste has forgotten "bitter" and therefore prefers familiar flavors such as "sweet" or "salty". However, the importance of bitter substances for our body should not be underestimated and it is not for nothing that they have been used for hundreds of years in TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), Ayurveda, as well as by Hildegard von Bingen. Integrating bitter substances back into our daily lives can have a major impact on our well-being

Natural bitter substances are mainly found in bitter plants, provided that they have not been cultivated in such a way that they hardly contain them anymore. So if you want to re-integrate bitter substances into your diet, you can use our specially developed bitter substances in drop form. They provide 100% natural and highly concentrated bitter substances from various organic herbs and organic plants, such as artichoke, olive leaf, rosemary, thyme, echinacea, dandelion, ginger, lavender, gentian and chamomile. 

 

Although the taste buds of many may be sensitive to the bitter substances at first, this is a sign that we are not used to them. However, the body gets used to this bitterness very quickly. Those who are sensitive can also integrate the bitter substances back into the diet more slowly at first and start with lower dosages.
