Consumption recommendation
Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule once a day with liquid.

It is particularly important for women to ensure they have a sufficient iron intake, as they need even more of this trace element during menstruation, pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, men can also be affected by an iron deficiency. A vegan and vegetarian diet in particular can quickly lead to an iron deficiency, as iron is mainly found in meat and fish.

But what does the body actually need iron for? Iron has a function in cell division and contributes to:
  • the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin
  • normal cognitive function
  • normal energy metabolism
  • normal oxygen transport in the body
  • normal function of the immune system
  • to reduce tiredness and fatigue

High-dose iron with acerola: synergies for better absorption and healthOur

iron capsules combine high-dose iron with natural vitamin C from the acerola cherry. This is because vitamin C increases iron absorption and is therefore an excellent supplement.

Vitamin C from a natural source increases this absorption capacity many times over.
