Consumption recommendation
Recommended dosage: Take 3 capsules 3 times a day with water.
Once opened, the product can be kept until the end of the best-before date (see label).

Olive leaves and their extract have been used for thousands of years and there are now hundreds of studies on the applications of olive leaf extract.The leaves used for our olive leaf extract are harvested by hand shortly before the olive tree blossoms and extracted fresh - immediately after harvesting - using a gentle process. This is a water extraction process in which no alcohol is used. This means that all the ingredients from the leaf are retained.
The main ingredients of olive leaf extract include: Oleuropein, phenols, flavonoids.

Olive leaf extract 500 mg MONO capsules
- 500 mg olive leaf extract and 100 mg oleuropein per capsule without additives
- 250 mg olive leaf extract and 50 mg oleuropein per capsule with vitamin C+E

Yes, you can remove the capsule shell and take the capsule contents with liquid. Please note that olive leaf extract tastes very bitter. The capsule shell keeps the product tasteless.
