Delivery & Shipment

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day.

The delivery time for shipments within Germany is usually 1-2 business days.

Delivery time for other countries is usually 2-7 business days.

All orders are shipped with DHL.

Shipping to Germany

For shipping to Germany we charge EUR 5.90 (including VAT).
From a value of goods of EUR 40, - we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany!

Shipping to Europe/EU member states

For shipping to EU member states we charge EUR 14.90 (including VAT).
From a value of goods of EUR 100,- we deliver to EU-member states free of shipping costs!

Shipping to Europe/non-EU member states

We only ship to the following non-EU member states:

Switzerland, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Northern Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, United Kingdom and Vatican City.

For shipping to NON-EU member states we charge EUR 19,90 (net without VAT).

Important: For Europe/non-EU member states we charge net prices without German VAT. Local import tax and any applicable customs duties will be charged to you directly by the local authorities; they are not included in the price and must be paid by you.

Shipping for dealers/resellers

For dealers/resellers the following conditions apply (only after successful verification and activation):

Shipping costs are EUR 5.90 net within Germany.
From a value of goods of EUR 100,- net we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs! 

For EU member states the shipping costs are EUR 14,90 (net plus VAT).
From a value of goods of EUR 150,- net we deliver to EU-member states free of shipping costs! 

For the NON-EU member states we charge EUR 19,90 (net without VAT) shipping costs.
