What is the SinoStars loyalty program?
With SinoStars, we want to reward you for your loyalty. You receive SinoStars for your purchases or when you invite friends to our shop.
You can exchange the SinoStars you collect for attractive discounts.
The more SinoStars you collect, the more you can save – and at the same time, do something good for your health and beauty from the inside out.
Who can participate?
To participate, all you need is an account in the SinoPlaSan online shop. This will allow you to collect SinoStars immediately. Simply click on the "SinoStars" button – you'll find it in the bottom right corner of all pages.
Unfortunately, the loyalty program is not available for B2B customers.
How do I collect SinoStars?
You receive SinoStars for many different activities: for every purchase (1 € = 1 SinoStar), when you successfully refer friends or follow our social media channels.
You can find all the options at the bottom right of every page: Click on “SinoStars” and then on “How to collect.”
Where can I see my points balance?
Click the "SinoStars" button located at the bottom right of the page. Your current score will be displayed in the top bar.
How can I redeem my SinoStars?
Go to "Potential Rewards." There you'll find all the options you can redeem your SinoStars for. Once you've collected enough points, you can exchange them for a discount. Already redeemed points cannot be used again.
Can I use my SinoStars during the payment process?
Yes, you can redeem your SinoStars for a voucher at checkout, which will be applied directly during the payment process.
How can I see how I earned my SinoStars?
Click the "SinoStars" button in the bottom right corner and log in. There you'll find your personal points overview with all the activities for which you've earned SinoStars.
What happens if a referred friend cancels their order?
In this case, the SinoStars awarded for this will be removed from your account.
Why is my score lower?
This may be because you or someone you referred canceled an order.
I completed an activity but didn't receive any SinoStars – why?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for your activity to be processed and the points to become visible.
