Shipping policy

The delivery time for shipments within Germany is usually 1-2 business days.

Delivery time for other countries is usually 2-7 business days.

All orders are shipped with DHL.

Shipping to Germany and Austria

We charge EUR 3.90 (including VAT) for shipping to Germany and Austria.
For orders totaling EUR 40 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany and Austria!

For shipping to other EU member states we charge EUR 14.90 (including VAT).
From a value of goods of EUR 100,- we deliver to EU-member states free of shipping costs!

The following areas are not supplied:

EU Exception areas (postcode): Denmark (Faroe Islands, Greenland), France (overseas territories and departments), Finland (Åland Islands), Greece (Mount Athos), Italy (Livigno (23041), Campione d'Italia (22061)), Netherlands (non-European territories), Spain (Ceuta, Melilla (51*, 52*), Canary Islands (35*-38*)), Cyprus (northern part).

Shipping to Europe/non-EU member states

We only ship to the following non-EU member states: 

Switzerland and Lichtenstein.

For shipping to NON-EU member states we charge EUR 19,90 (net without VAT).

Important: For Europe/non-EU member states we charge net prices without German VAT. Local import tax and any applicable customs duties will be charged to you directly by the local authorities; they are not included in the price and must be paid by you.

Shipping for dealers/resellers

For EU member states the shipping costs are EUR 14,90 (net plus VAT). From a value of goods of EUR 150,- net we deliver to EU-member states free of shipping costs!

For the NON-EU member states we charge EUR 19,90 (net without VAT) shipping costs.
