Terms and Conditions of Participation
Participation in the Sinoplasan GmbH competition, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is exclusively governed by these terms and conditions of participation.

Competition Procedure
The competition will run from December 15, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the competition online. 20 exclusive best-seller bundles, each valued at €70, will be given away.

Participation
To participate in the competition, the fields in the questionnaire on META must be filled out and the "Participate" button clicked.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date for entries will not be considered in the draw.

Only one submitted registration per participant will take part in the competition.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and Austria and have completed their 14th year of life. Participation is not limited to the organizer's customers and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

Should a participant have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example

(a) in case of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions of participation, (c) in case of unfair conduct or (d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries in a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be included in the draw.

The winners of the draw will be informed by email in a timely manner.

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, self-collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by the operator. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

If the winner does not respond within a period of 3 weeks after being contacted twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

Termination of the Competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the competition.

1.) Processing of your personal data in connection with the competition

We process your personal data for the proper execution and handling of the competition and in particular for the dispatch of the prize.

For the purpose of conducting the competition, the profile name and, if available, the first and last name of the respective participant are collected and stored. For the purpose of sending the prize, we additionally collect the winner's first name, last name, and address, and pass this data on to a shipping company commissioned by us. Your data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this.

The legal basis for these processing operations of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).

If participation in the competition is made dependent on consent to receive our newsletter, we also collect your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. For sending the
newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you email newsletters once you have explicitly confirmed to us that you consent to the collection and storage of your data for the sending of newsletters in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm by clicking on a corresponding link that you wish to receive newsletters in the future. By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent for the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of promotional contact via the newsletter. No disclosure to third parties takes place. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the controller mentioned at the beginning. After unsubscribing, the newsletter dispatch will be stopped and your email address and any other data provided in this context will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data use that is legally permitted and about which we inform you below.

2.) Storage duration

After the end of the competition, your personal data processed in connection with the competition will be deleted at the latest three months after the end of the competition, unless there is effective consent for further processing (e.g., regarding newsletter dispatch) and/or we have no legitimate interest in continued storage.

3.) Your data subject rights

The applicable data protection law grants you the following data subject rights if the respective legal requirements are met:

  • Right of access according to Art. 15 GDPR
  • Right to rectification according to Art. 16 GDPR
  • Right to erasure according to Art. 17 GDPR
  • Right to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 GDPR
  • Right to notification according to Art. 19 GDPR
  • Right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR
  • Right to withdraw given consents according to Art. 7 (3) GDPR
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority according to Art. 77 GDPR

The operator's competition is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of these
terms and conditions shall not otherwise be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions of participation.
