Why Omega-3 is especially important for children

Many children rarely or never eat fish, meaning they often do not get enough of the important omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. These fatty acids play a central role in child development: DHA contributes to normal brain development, especially in children aged 3 to 18.
