Chlorophyll is found in all green plants and algae and is therefore also called chlorophyll. It is a natural pigment that can be produced by all plants that photosynthesize. Chlorophyll enables plants to use sunlight to produce glucose (sugar), water, and oxygen, which serve as food for the plant and ensure its survival and growth.
