SELENIUM Drops 10 ?g
PZN Germany: 14291923 / PNZ Austria: 4867428
Selenium is an essential, vital trace element for our organism. As the body is not able to produce it itself, it has to be sufficiently absorbed through our nutrition.
Selenium can be found in plant-based foods. However, the selenium concentration of the individual foods heavily depends on where the raw materials grew. On depleted soil or farmland (e. g. as a result of over fertilisation) with poor levels of Selenium, you will only harvest crops with low Selenium levels. Selenium is an important component of many enzymes which fulfil important functions in the human body.
